We take privacy as seriously as we take our wine.

By signing up to our mailing list, you agree to receiving our newsletters with details of product offers, events and general news items. You can sign up via our website or in the shop, where your personal data is stored in a confidential and secure database only accessed by the staff.

Your data will never be sold or shared with third parties. We use MailChimp and Google Analytics to help monitor and improve our services (their respective privacy statements can be found at www.mailchimp.com/legal/privacy and www.support.google.com/analytics/answer/6004245?hl=en). Note that cookies are automatically accepted if you visit our website, but you may be able to modify your browser settings to decline cookies.

We may store your profile and purchase history on our EPOS system to enable us to tailor our products to suit your needs, provide deliveries, telephone orders or loyalty or bulk discounts. You will be notified at the till when your details are taken, and this will be held for five years from the date of first sign up. You can opt out of this, or our newsletters by unsubscribing or emailing vinoramica@gmail.com directly.

 

We use CCTV in the shop to record and view suspicious activity. This is a requirement in the alcohol license agreement, and images are stored for 28 days. CCTV at the premises is also used as a deterrent for crime, and footage will be passed on to law enforcement or to the relevant authorities to investigate any claims or offences.
